Payments from VIP members are processed instantly via PIX with automatic split settlement. Your net share is deposited directly to your account — instantly or T+1, depending on your provider settings. For international merchants without PIX access, settlement is handled via Wise (low-cost international processor).

By submitting this registration, you agree to the following terms:
• Free Participation: Your R$1,000 registration fee and R$1,000/month participation fee are fully waived during the launch program. Copacabana.VIP handles all marketing, customer acquisition, and technology at no cost to you.
• Member Discounts: You agree to offer a minimum 10% discount to Copacabana.VIP members at the time of purchase, as specified in Section 5 above. You continue to charge your normal prices — the discount is applied automatically during payment processing.
• QR Code Merchant Verification: Upon approval, your business will receive a unique Copacabana.VIP merchant QR code. VIP members scan this QR code to verify your participation and initiate payment directly from their digital VIP membership card.
• Payment Processing via MundusPass: All Copacabana.VIP member transactions are processed through our MundusPass closed-loop payment system. The payment flow is as follows:
For PIX-enabled members (Brazil): The member scans your merchant QR code → selects the purchase amount → pays via PIX directly from their banking app → funds are split instantly: you receive your net share (price minus member discount minus 5% MundusPass fee) via PIX to your registered account. Settlement is instant.
For international members (non-PIX): The member scans your merchant QR code → pays via their linked bank account or card through Wise (the international low-cost payment processor) → split settlement is processed with the same fee structure. Settlement within 1–3 business days.
• MundusPass Fee — 5% (Untouchable): A flat 5% fee is applied to each transaction processed through MundusPass. This fee is final and non-negotiable. It covers all platform services, payment processing costs (PIX fees, Wise fees, provider fees), technology infrastructure, and ongoing marketing for your business. Any provider processing fees (PIX ≈ 0–1%) are charged to the merchant's share, not to the platform's 5%.
• Split Payment Technology: All transactions use automatic split payments via a licensed Brazilian Payment Service Provider (Pagar.me / Mercado Pago / Asaas). At the moment of each purchase, funds are captured and split: MundusPass receives 5% instantly, and you receive the net balance directly to your PIX key or bank account. Copacabana.VIP does not hold funds — all settlements are processed by the licensed PSP.
• Ledger & Transparency: Every transaction is recorded in an immutable digital ledger. You have full access to your merchant dashboard showing daily revenue, customer count, split breakdowns, and payout history.
• No Obligation: You may withdraw from the program at any time with 15 days written notice to Connect@Copacabana.VIP. Pending obligations remain enforceable.
